Journey to the Big Screen - An Asian's Route to Film

Throughout university, I always wanted to understand what did Asian film students think about when they choose the film route. Knowing the Asian dynamic, I wanted to see if they are able to break stereotypes similar to me. This documentary explores the Asian-American identity and the ethnicity. Through interviewing other Asian film students and a film professor, I learn about their thought process of why Asians decide to go towards the film route.

Selected in Lift-Off Los Angeles Film Festival 2023, San Diego Independent Filmmaker's Festival 2024, and Chinatown International Film Festival 2024.

The film centers around the dangers of drunk driving and the life-changing effects people experience when this sort of event happens Every 15 Minutes.
